Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Yamado account and its associated data at any time. Yamado is published by Yamado Technologies Inc.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Yamado app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and content are permanently removed right away.

If you can't access the app

Email us at info@yamado.co from the phone number or email on your account and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and login credentials (phone number, handle)
• Your questions, Updates (posts), answers, and replies
• Your photos attached to that content
• Your location history and place subscriptions
• Your follows and notification preferences

What is retained

• Payment and transaction records are retained where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). These are held by us and by our payment processor (Stripe) and are not linked to an active profile after deletion.
